This cash‑only Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) clinic focuses on supporting women navigating menopause through personalized, evidence‑based care. With a small, highly specialized team—including one physician, one wellness coach, and one patient care coordinator—the clinic prioritizes high‑touch, low‑volume patient relationships.
The clinic is seeking an experienced Administrative / Patient Care Coordinator to cover for a team member going on maternity leave. This role is primarily remote, with limited in‑office days, and plays a critical role in both front‑end and back‑end clinic operations. Patient interactions are conducted primarily via Zoom, making professionalism and communication essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and triage emails, text messages, and faxes
• Coordinate closely with the physician to prepare daily and weekly schedules
• Input lab results into electronic patient charts
• Support both front‑end and back‑end administrative workflows
• Manage patient communications and follow‑ups virtually
• Participate in internal meetings with the provider to align on care flow
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Clinic Overview
• Cash‑only practice (no insurance billing)
• Women’s health focus, specializing in menopause and HRT
• Physician sees no more than 8 patients per day
• Lean, efficient team structure

Required Skills & Experience

Must‑Have Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience in a medical or wellness setting
• Strong patient‑facing communication skills (Zoom‑based interactions)
• Experience managing emails, texts, and faxes
• Ability to triage communications and prioritize patient needs
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Access to a laptop with video capability and a professional home office setup
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
