Job Description
• Own and enhance planning and strategy-related business processes within SAP to support robotics manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Lead functional support for SAP implementations, upgrades, and new plant deployments, including system setup and configuration.
• Configure and maintain SAP master data and planning objects, including:
○ Material Master setup and governance
○ Planning parameters and control fields
○ Plant, network, and organizational structure setup
• Develop deep expertise in SAP data models, tables, and data flows, including understanding upstream/downstream field impacts across modules.
• Establish and enforce data standards, governance models, and best practices to ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize user stories and functional requirements.
• Support and lead system testing activities (unit, integration, UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution reviews.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring alignment between system capabilities and operational strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
Excel - pivot tables, x look ups, v look ups, if statements, conditional formatting
• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of experience in SAP planning systems or supply chain systems roles.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules relevant to planning (e.g., PP, MM, APO/IBP, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience with:
• SAP configuration and master data setup
• SAP tables, data structures, and data flow analysis
• Supporting SAP implementations or large-scale system enhancements
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional system design.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
Experience supporting manufacturing or robotics/medical device operations.
