Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and ongoing support of enterprise reporting and analytics platforms supporting studio distribution and related business functions. This role sits within a technical operations organization and works closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to assess analytics needs and deliver scalable, data‑driven solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in data, analytics, and product leadership, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product strategies and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across distribution and commercial teams
Develop deep domain knowledge of how content is created, marketed, and distributed, serving as a subject matter expert for supporting systems and data
Identify and understand key performance indicators and uncover opportunities to improve decision‑making through analytics and insights
Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for reporting and analytics platforms
Partner with stakeholders to intake, define, and prioritize new initiatives and enhancement requests
Lead discovery and design sessions, documenting functional requirements and technical specifications
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reporting solutions and advanced analytics products
Provide oversight and guidance to business and technical analysts, reviewing solution designs and ensuring alignment with requirements
Manage the reporting and analytics application portfolio, serving as the primary escalation point for operational issues

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
8+ years of experience developing and supporting medium to large‑scale data warehouses, including at least 4 years in a lead role
6+ years of experience in reporting and analytics roles with direct business stakeholder engagement
Hands‑on experience with business intelligence technologies, including reporting tools, databases, ELT processes, and advanced analytics or machine learning platforms
Strong understanding of data architecture, including data warehousing concepts, normalization, and dimensional modeling
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid or legacy integrations
Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, multi‑table joins, and analytical functions
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize inputs and deliver clear, data‑driven recommendations
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy
Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and SDLC frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical audiences
