Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an AV Test Engineer that has expertise in Parking and Safety to join one of our largest tech clients in the Bay Area. This person will:
-Work on Autonomous Vehicle Software for end-to-end problem analysis for the issues reported from daily test.
-Execute the whole process of problem analysis, including issue triage, root cause analysis, issue categorization, issue reporting and summary.
-Communicate with Dev team to understand the functional design, keep the technology knowhow up to date.
-Develop the documentation and tools for issue analysis.
-Collect test data from routine in car test, provide the feedback of software performance after testing/analysis.
This role can pay between $55-$70/hour depending on years of experience and skillset.

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of experience in a relevant role
-Knowledge of vehicle system, autonomous driving system, autonomous driving functions and design.
-Experience of Linux.
-Strong ability with triaging data sets
-Exposure to parking and active safety testing
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Python/Java or other programing languages
