Required Skills & Experience
• 20+ years of professional experience as an Architect, with a focus on R&D laboratory facilities
o Ideally with project experience ranging from 100-300mm
• Experience within GMP Lab builds
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with BIM coordination workflows
• In-depth understanding of building codes and their application to R&D Lab projects
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
