Job Description
This role combines AI agent engineering, penetration‑testing automation, and multi‑system orchestration within a fast‑moving cybersecurity startup led by founder Jerry Sanchez. You’ll architect, deploy, and manage AI agents that power automated security testing, internal operations, and marketing workflows. You’ll work closely with the founder while enjoying autonomy and the chance to shape the company’s AI‑driven security platform. The role is primarily remote but requires residency in the Greater Los Angeles area—ideally near Santa Monica—for 2–4 in‑person collaboration days per month.
You’ll design and maintain AI agents that automate penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, and internal business operations across sales, marketing, and operations. Your work will include building multi‑agent architectures using OpenClaw, integrating AI workflows with tools like HubSpot, Asana, and Google Workspace, and developing automated reconnaissance and vulnerability‑triage pipelines. You’ll orchestrate roughly 100 AI agents across the organization and refine internal automation systems that reduce operational overhead. You’ll also support pre‑sales conversations by designing solution architectures, building prototypes, and demonstrating how AI‑driven security automation solves customer challenges. During your first month, you’ll be trained on internal APIs, integrations, and the company’s agent‑orchestration framework to accelerate your onboarding.
