- Use customer and user-experience-driven methodology to align on future state experience
including alignment to Collins Sales Global Blueprint
- Review of existing use cases to gain foundational understanding
- Through a customer experience lens, recommend ways to improve and simplify use cases based
on experience
- Facilitate a series of discovery sessions with stakeholder interviews, one-on-one interviews,
research readout, and job shadowing sessions
- Conduct a co-create workshop with business focals to map future state processes.
- Review and validate business objectives and priorities
- Share vision of the future state through process flows, journey maps, and prototypes

Required Skills & Experience
- Resource must have experience on a prior Envision-type project (i.e. translating discovered learnings into business and consumer insights, transform customer’s wants and needs into ideas, and turn these ideas into transformative experiences through high-level conceptual design solutions); resources who have worked with SF ProServ in the past will be prioritized
- Resource will be a lead designer (delegating to to the experience designers) and facilitate design conversations
- Strong App Design experience, Advanced Sales Cloud & Business Process Change Management Experience
- Resource will need to work East Coast hours
