Job Description

A client is looking for a Remote Data Entry Clerk to work for a sales and marketing company. This person will enter, update, and maintain data across three platforms with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also perform routine data uploads, edits, and corrections based on source documentation or system outputs. You will additionally ensure data is entered consistently according to established naming conventions and data standards

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in data entry, data validation, or data operations roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy across repetitive tasks
Experience working across multiple systems or platforms simultaneously
Ability to follow defined processes and document them clearly
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, system reports, and structured data

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

retail system experience - PTS, Retail Logic or SRS
