Job Description
This role sits at the intersection of PMO, innovation, and automation, with a heavy emphasis on Smartsheet (super-user level), AI optimization, and workflow/tooling build across Finance. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable owning BAU while driving larger innovation initiatives. Pay varies between $60-85 per hour.

Required Skills & Experience
1. Smartsheet – Advanced / Super User
○ Has designed and built Smartsheet solutions (Control Center, workflows, dashboards, intake forms)
○ Can speak to hands-on configuration, not just usage
2. Workflow & Intake Consolidation Experience
○ Has built or managed centralized intake workflows across multiple teams/tools
○ Experience integrating Smartsheet with tools like Jira, Google Sheets, Airtable, Zapier
3. PMO or Program Enablement Background
○ Experience supporting PMO, Transformation, Innovation, or Finance ops
○ Comfortable with governance, prioritization, scoring models, KPIs
4. AI Utilization in Business Ops
○ Has actively used AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, copilots, agents) in a work setting
○ Can articulate real use cases (automation, analysis, documentation, workflow acceleration)
5. Cross‑Functional Stakeholder Management
○ Has partnered with Finance + Product + Engineering (or equivalent)
Comfortable translating business problems into tooling solutions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience designing or supporting:
○ Innovation frameworks
○ Ideation pipelines
○ Scoring / ROI / PoC evaluation models
• BI & Reporting exposure:
○ Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Query
• Additional tooling:
○ Airtable, Coda, Jira
• Has facilitated:
○ Workshops, brainstorming sessions, innovation labs
• Demonstrated ability to balance:
BAU execution + ambiguous “big ticket” initiatives
