Job Description
We are hiring a senior FP&A leader to help shape governed planning, driver design, scenario controls, and decision-quality metrics within the platform. This person should have led enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management in a complex public or scaled private company and should be comfortable operating close to the CFO and executive team. The role is not about producing static plans; it is about helping build governed, explainable, decision-ready planning workflows.
-Serve as the enterprise FP&A authority embedded in the product team.
-Define product requirements for planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and executive reporting.
-Translate real FP&A practices into governed workflows, approval gates, and controls.
-Help design metrics around forecast quality, decision readiness, and scenario discipline.
-Partner closely with product and engineering to make planning operationally credible.
-Support select customer conversations with CFOs and FP&A leaders.

Required Skills & Experience
-15–20+ years leading enterprise FP&A in complex organizations.
-Public company or scaled private company experience.
-Direct partnership with CFO and executive leadership.
-Hands‑on experience with driver‑based planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
-Industry background required (Big 4 only acceptable early in career)
-Travel up to 1 week per month if not local to NYC or the bay area
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with planning transformations or systems implementations.
-Comfort working in a product‑driven startup environment.
-Strong ability to explain planning logic and assumptions clearly.
