Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendor Management & Support
Support and documentation for various Retail Store technologies and devices.
Work closely with all support teams; Help Desk, Support, Engineering and Vendor Partners to help coordinate Support efforts.
Communicate and partner with business partners to resolve issues; Servicedesk, NCR and more.
Identify challenges and propose ideas to improve processes.
Respond to inquiries via phone and email within established Service Level Agreements and tracking cases in ServiceNow and NCR @YS Portal
Use critical-thinking skills to move along, troubleshoot and resolve issues
Inventory Management
Ensure that Depot Inventory levels are adequate according to volume trend and no parts will go on back order.
Ensure that the inventory ordered are received by Depot and necessary enrollments (ex. MDM and Airwatch) are done accordingly
Request quotes and lead time from vendors, compare offers, provide purchase order to best offer
Budget Management
Negotiate with VARs and manage relationships to optimize costs
Cost-Benefit Analysis: develop and evaluate vendor SOWs then compare options for optimum benefit
Ensure that IT operations comply with financial regulations and standards. Support internal audits of IT financial processes and controls.
Submit purchase request, follow up with approver as needed, provide purchase order to vendor

Develop and manage Team budgets for both OPEX and CAPEX.
Fulfill requirements for CAPEX fund asks (writing CER) including details of device depreciation, etc.
Ensure that variance/favorability is spent on adequate inventory forecast
Identify and analyze variance/discrepancies between budgeted and actual IT costs.

Advance knowledge and regular use of Excel functions (Pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP etc.)
Experience with Inventory Control Management managing; audit, tracking & inventory order placements.
