Job Description

We are seeking a junior‑level OTA (Over‑the‑Air) Engineer to support wireless testing and validation activities in a lab environment. This role is ideal for an early‑career electrical engineer with hands‑on exposure to wireless/radio testing, who is comfortable working onsite during night shift and eager to build deep lab experience.

The engineer will support OTA and wireless testing using lab equipment and tools, with some exposure to EMC testing considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Support OTA (Over‑the‑Air) and wireless/radio testing in a controlled lab environment
- Assist with setup, execution, and documentation of wireless test activities
- Operate and maintain lab equipment and tools used for RF, OTA, and related testing
- Follow established test procedures and protocols
- Capture and document test results, observations, and basic troubleshooting findings
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams during testing cycles
- Support night‑shift lab operations as required

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a wireless, RF, or lab‑based engineering role
- Hands‑on exposure to wireless technologies (radio, OTA testing)
- Experience using lab equipment and test tools (RF/OTA related)
- Comfortable working onsite and on a night shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow test procedures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Exposure to or basic understanding of EMC testing
- Prior experience in a hardware or wireless validation lab
- Familiarity with test documentation and reporting
