Job Description
A luxury fashion client is seeking a Systems Analyst / NetSuite Administrator to support the day to day operation of their core business systems. This role will focus primarily on the “Run” side of systems management, ensuring stability across NetSuite and key integrations, with the opportunity to grow into enhancements as experience deepens. This is an ideal role for a junior to mid level NetSuite professional who is dependable, technically curious, and excited to support a fast growing luxury fashion brand.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years’ experience as a NetSuite Admin, Systems Analyst, or similar
• Hands on experience with NetSuite (transactions, configurations, user support)
• Experience with Celigo as an integration platforms
• Working knowledge of EDI concepts and retail/wholesale order flows
• Familiarity with Shopify in an ecommerce environment
• Highly reliable, detail oriented, and comfortable in a multi system landscape
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Orderful
• NetSuite certifications
• Scripting or customization experience
• Background in ecommerce, wholesale, or fashion/luxury environments
