Job Description
Insight Global’s client, located in California, is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney to handle advanced insurance coverage and bad‑faith litigation involving exposure levels typically ranging from approximately twenty million dollars to over one hundred million dollars.
Trial appearances may be required, but the day‑to‑day responsibilities are performed remotely.
The firm is looking for an attorney with deep subject‑matter expertise who can independently analyze complex insurance issues, manage high‑value litigation, and contribute to a long‑standing, highly specialized practice.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years with direct experience with insurance coverage litigation.
Experience representing insurance carriers in high‑exposure matters involving substantial financial risk.
Prior experience handling insurance bad faith or related litigation.
Trial experience or advanced trial preparation experience.
Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage disputes, and litigation strategy.
Active license in good standing with the California Bar.
Ability to independently manage complex and highly technical legal matters.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Residence in the state of California.
Backgrounds limited to personal injury, auto defense, or family law are not relevant and will not be considered.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Residence in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego.
Experience at a large firm or a well‑regarded litigation practice.
Interest in long‑term tenure within a highly specialized insurance litigation practice
