Job Description

Day to Day
Data Centers are expanding the use of artificial intelligence to enhance how mission‑critical infrastructure is planned, designed, and delivered. Within the Front End Planning (FEP) organization, this role will support emerging AI initiatives focused on process automation, internal tooling, and agentic workflows that enable teams to scale data center delivery more efficiently.

This Technical Program Manager will operate at the intersection of program execution, AI enablement, and cross‑functional collaboration. The role partners closely with engineering, design, operations, and a dedicated AI engineering team to identify opportunities where AI can streamline workflows and improve outcomes

Responsibilities:
· Lead program planning and execution for AI‑enabled initiatives across Data Center planning, design, and delivery
· Partner with front end planning, ,data center teams, design, and engineering teams to identify inefficient or manual processes and assess where AI‑driven solutions can add value
· Help define, coordinate, and operationalize agentic AI workflows and internal applications
· Translate ambiguous business needs into clear program plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
· Collaborate with a dedicated AI engineering team to drive adoption of AI tools and workflows, without owning heavy technical implementation
· Conduct case studies and gap analyses to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement
· Leverage internal tools and platforms to support program tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication
· Coordinate across cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, prioritization, and timely decision‑making
· Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ambiguity
Work independently while leveraging leadership guidance and support during the onboarding and learning curve

Required Skills & Experience

Skills:
· 5–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or similar roles
· Demonstrated experience managing ambiguous, cross‑functional programs
· Practical understanding of AI tools and concepts (e.g., Gemini or similar platforms) and how they can be applied to workflows and applications
· Experience working in mission‑critical, heavy industrial, or large‑scale infrastructure environments (e.g., data centers, construction, manufacturing, utilities)
· Background in process improvement, automation, or operational optimization
· Strong ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes with minimal direction
Curious, proactive, and motivated by learning and applying new technologies
