Job Description
The Sr. Enterprise Applications Analyst serves as the bridge between Planning, SEM Management, and our technology teams. This person will analyze business processes, identify gaps, optimize the way our supply chain teams work, and use Oracle Fusion to drive digital transformation across Planning, Supply, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
Oracle Fusion Supply Chain expertise is essential. Experience working with government contracting environments, supporting large programs.

Required Skills & Experience
12–15+ years of BRM/BA experience with Oracle ERP/Fusion Applications.
Strong understanding of Inventory, Manufacturing, and Operations environments.
Experience documenting requirements, workflows, CRPs, UAT, and SDLC.
SQL knowledge (basic); PL/SQL is a plus.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR requirements.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting government or defense-related environments.
Prior roles supporting or approving major programs/contracts over $10M.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations.
Strong workshop facilitation and process design skills.
Experience with compliance in defense contractor environments.
