Position Summary
The Senior Director of Residential Living is a key executive leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall operations, culture, compliance, and quality of care within the residential living facility. This individual will provide strategic and administrative leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen organizational culture, and serve as a trusted liaison to residents, families, and regulatory agencies

Day 2 Day:
• Lead and reestablish a positive, mission‑driven culture across the residential living community
• Provide administrative and operational oversight for residential living services
• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents’ families, offering consistent communication and updates
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for new and existing staff
• Oversee and actively participate in Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) state surveys and inspections
• Ensure compliance with all RCFE regulations and state requirements
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to maintain high standards of care
• Utilize and oversee electronic health record (EHR) systems to support documentation and care coordination
• Support staff development, accountability, and performance through strong leadership practices

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves
• Active RCFE license in the state of California
• Minimum of 5 years of administrative leadership experience in a residential or healthcare setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
• Experience working with LPA state surveys and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency and experience with EHR systems
Comfort working within and supporting a Christian‑based organization and mission

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Have
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience working in a non‑profit organization
• Background in senior living, assisted living, or residential care leadership
