Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a healthcare technology company that builds AI‑first, cloud‑based SaaS platforms used to power highly regulated clinical workflows.
We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager – SaaS Platform to own foundational platform capabilities that are shared across multiple products and teams. This is a senior individual contributor role for a product manager with a technical background who owns outcomes end‑to‑end and partners deeply with engineering.
This is not a project management, delivery, or Agile‑ceremony role. Product managers in this organization are accountable for what gets built, why it gets built, and whether it delivers real outcomes.

Product strategy and outcomes for core SaaS platform capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and compliant clinical applications
Shared platform services such as APIs, workflows, configuration frameworks, extensibility patterns, and cross‑cutting services
Defining platform problems, success criteria, and long‑term bets, not just features or timelines
Partnering closely with engineering and design on system design, architecture trade‑offs, sequencing, and dependencies
Translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise product decisions and narratives
Ensuring platform capabilities work consistently for both human‑facing applications and programmatic consumers
Owning outcomes before and after launch, using adoption, reliability, and usage signals to guide iteration
Operating in a highly regulated environment, embedding privacy, security, auditability, and reliability into platform decisions

Pay Ranges from $20-$25/hr
