Job Description
This role is responsible for managing administrative and financial office operations to ensure efficient support of field services. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage invoicing and accounts receivable
Track and follow up on outstanding payments
Enter and manage data in QuickBooks
Answer and route incoming calls
Schedule service calls and coordinate technician dispatch
Maintain organized digital job files
Assist with permits and inspection documentation
Support payroll coordination and vendor communication
Help streamline and improve office systems

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years office administration experience
QuickBooks proficiency required
Strong organizational skills
Experience in service-based or construction-related industry preferred
Ability to work independently
Professional communication skills
