Job Description
The Precision Deburring Technician is responsible for setting up and operating deburring equipment and performing detailed inspections to ensure all parts meet blueprint specifications and manufacturing work instructions.
Essential Functions
- Set up, adjust, and dismantle rotary and manual hand tools in accordance with applicable documentation
- Perform precision deburring operations to achieve required blueprint specifications
- Inspect finished parts using appropriate inspection methods and equipment
- Identify and report any issues, defects, or process concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor
- Apply a thorough understanding of deburring processes and select the proper tools for each application
- Comply with all safety standards, procedures, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision or management

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience performing precision deburring
- High School Diploma
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
