Airtable Product Manager

Insight Global is looking for an Airtable Product Manager, you will lead our client's Airtable instance including configuration, governance, and onboarding as well as driving enhancements, optimizations, integrations, and automations to meet and exceed the evolving business needs. This position requires a deep understanding of Airtable and how it can be applied to meet the unique needs of our business.

• You have collaborated with Marketing and Creative teams, understand their workflows, and have successfully bridged the gap between marketing, creative, and technical teams.
• You have implemented, set-up, and configured Airtable for Marketing and/or Creative teams. 
• You enjoy partnering with businesses to build relationships that allow you to find solutions together.
• You’re able to effectively translate business requirements to clearly document solutions for development.
• You think outside the box to solve unique challenges when software and processes might otherwise seem incompatible.
• You establish mechanisms that enable the business to grow while maintaining system integrity and health.

• Championing Airtable across Marketing. 
• Putting the customer first and building relationships to develop business-led, tech-driven solutions.
• Quickly getting up to speed on businesses processes, organization, and structure to configure optimal solutions and minimize tech-debt.
• Developing and maintaining a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives. 
• Staying up to date with the latest Adobe Workfront product releases and best practices to identify opportunities to enhance business processes and improve system usage.
• Effectively communicating plans, updates, and changes with internal and external stakeholders.

• 5+ years of Airtable configuration and implementation experience with a deep understanding the Airtable’s capabilities and best practices.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. 
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions
