Job Description
Insight Global’s client is looking for a Mid‑Level Controller with more than nine years of accounting experience who can oversee multi‑entity financial operations and support hands‑on bookkeeping functions. The role includes establishing accounting policies, managing intercompany transfers, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple business lines such as residential, payroll, and solar project entities. The Controller will work closely with leadership, oversee one direct report, and maintain alignment across multiple operating entities.

Required Skills & Experience
9+ years of accounting experience.
Experience managing multi‑entity accounting structures including intercompany transfers and contract/money flow between entities.
Have hands‑on bookkeeping experience and the ability to guide daily accounting operations.
Must be confident in their role and operate effectively in a collaborative team‑focused culture.
Must have a bachelor’s degree.
Experience with NetSuite accounting software.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in industries with multi‑entity structures such as real estate.
Has experience supporting project‑based or entity‑based operations such as solar, payroll, or residential services.
