Job Description

The Global Logistics Manager will manage the day‑to‑day execution of the company’s global logistics and trade compliance operations, with a strong focus on international shipments and Asia‑based supply chains within the electronics industry. This role is hands‑on and operational, responsible for ensuring shipments move efficiently, costs are controlled, and all import/export activities comply with global trade regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in global logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain operations
Proven experience with international trade compliance, including customs regulations and import/export requirements
Hands‑on experience managing global logistics operations, including Asia‑based supply chains
Strong understanding of global distribution, inventory management, and supply chain principles
Experience driving process optimization, change implementation, and operational improvements
Ability to define, track, analyze, and report logistics KPIs and performance metrics
Prior people management or supervisory experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills across global, cross‑functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in the electronics or high‑tech manufacturing industry
Deep familiarity with Asia‑Pacific trade regulations, tariffs, and customs processes
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with leadership based overseas
Working knowledge of ERP, logistics management, or inventory systems
Demonstrated success balancing hands‑on execution with strategic planning
Experience building or refining logistics dashboards and reporting frameworks
