Job Description

As a technical program manager, you will be a force multiplier and enable a world-class team of engineers to execute with quality and under aggressive development timelines.
You will be responsible for the following domains: Network Systems and Systems Engineering
Your responsibilities include the following:
• Coordinate with various electrical, systems, and integration engineers to establish network feature delivery roadmaps, define key delivery dates, and tie deliverables to engineering milestones.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering Team to ensure Requirements are defined and approved for the various features
• Work with cross-functional software domain teams to define software delivery plan and track/manage work completion
• Work with various Validation Teams to ensure sufficient QA/Testing is performed and evidence is available
• Manage scrum of scrums for network systems deliverables. Report status to engineering management and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Manage the Systems Engineering workload to ensure timely delivery of vehicle feature requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years program management experience, preferably in automotive or related/comparable industries
• Experience with networking communications is required
• Experience with Ethernet and CAN vehicle network integration and validation is required
• Experience in establishing a software maturity plan and working with cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan is required
• Experience with Software QA/Validation as developer, TPM, or Engineering Lead is desired, but not required
• Experience coordinating hardware & software delivery from Tier 1 suppliers is desired, but not required
• Product launch experience with a vehicle OEM in systems, software, or testing is a plus
• Experience with cybersecurity and communication network features implementation such as time distribution, over the air SW updates, cryptographic key management, Partial Networking, VLAn, ECU addressing, OVTP, etc.
• Systems Engineering experience in requirements decomposition, failure mode avoidance, network architecture definition, test planning
• Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban) is highly desired
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
