Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be fully integrated into the Construction & Infrastructure team, validating installed quantities, invoices, and scopes across industrial projects. You will analyze budgets, contracts, and plans P&IDs, HVAC, piping, electrical systems)while liaising with stakeholders. Requires 2+ years of QS experience, mechanical expertise, Excel proficiency, and a proactive mindset to optimize resources and deliverables.

What You’ll Do
Measure self-performance tickets, daily and weekly reports, checking for accuracy/knowing the scope, tracking how many people are working, crews, quantities installed, checking documentation for proof
Validating invoices that they are getting from contractors
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies

Pay Range for this role is $46 - $50 depending on yrs of experience and education

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
2+ years of QS experience within the construction/industrial space
Piping work with installation, testing, and insulation of piping
HVAC systems with duct and hydronic piping, air handling units
Process systems including Reverse Osmosis, Low Temp Chilled Water, Wastewater, compressed air, Medium Temp Chilled Water
Be familiar with supports, welds, material types, read isometrics, P&IDs
Electrical scopes, read single line diagrams, understand MV, LV distribution systems
