Job Description
An employer in the Southern California area is looking for a Project Manager. This is a 6-month contract position, possibility to extend and convert. Primarily remote, with expectation to come on site a couple of times over the course of the course of the contract. Must sit in Southern California. The Project Manager will be managing the project execution for an enterprise implementation, including planning, coordination, and delivery across the organization. They will own cross functional management, meeting with stakeholders and leaders across departments and teams. They will be responsible for overseeing the data software rollout, assisting with the collection of caregiver data, and ensuring readiness for deployment late April. The Project Manager must be extremely organized with strong documentation, managing complex workstreams and status reporting to track progress.

Required Skills & Experience
Mid to Senior level experience as a Project Manager, with a technical background overseeing a software implementation project
Healthcare experience
Strong communication and relationship building skills - experience working with high levels stakeholders across departments
Highly organized and detail oriented, strong experience with data gathering and documentation
Experience with Smartsheet and MS Product
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP
Experience working with Motivity and myEvolv EHR systems
Experience working on Behavioral Health project related to Autism Services, ABA
