Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and support business solutions using Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL Server, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience integrating data sources, automating workflows, developing reports, and troubleshooting end-to-end solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build Model-Driven Power Apps, including custom connectors
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Dataverse
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and business rules
- Manage solution deployments, environment configurations, and ALM fundamentals
- Create and maintain Power BI reports using Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, plugin, workflow, and data-related issues

Required Skills & Experience
• Build Model Driven Power Apps with custom connectors
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Dataverse
• Configure and customize D365 entities, forms, views, and business rules
• Manage solution deployments, environment settings, and ALM basics
• Create Power BI reports using Dataverse and D365 data
• Troubleshoot integration, plugin, and workflow issues
Understanding SQL in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) involves:
• Writing queries in the query editor and pull data from sources (csv, excel and other data sources)
• Creating tables, views, stored procedures
• Debugging or optimizing queries
• Build logic to be used by SSIS packages and SQL agent job
• Data transformations based on SQL logic
• Troubleshooting SSIS based on checking SQL queries or other sources
Understanding of Power Bi involves:
• Connect to basic data sources (Excel, CSV, databases)
• Build visuals like bar charts, tables, and slicers
• Clean and transform data using Power Query
• Understand relationships between tables (data modeling)
• Use and writing advanced DAX for calculated columns and measures
• Apply filters, drill-throughs, bookmarks, and page navigation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous public sector working experience
- Any certifications related to the role
