Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect (SSA or STA) who has previously operated in a Solution Architect capacity and brings deep Heavy Machinery / Industrial Equipment industry experience. This role requires someone who can truly speak the language of the business, understand dealer/manufacturer operations, and translate complex industry needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Heavy Machinery organizations, with prior project experience for companies such as Holt CAT, Caterpillar, or similar dealer/manufacturer ecosystems being highly desirable.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect (SSA or STA)
Prior experience playing the SA role on complex Salesforce programs
Strong Heavy Machinery / Industrial Equipment industry experience
Experience with Caterpillar, Holt, or similar dealer/manufacturer organizations is highly preferred
Deep expertise in:
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Data Cloud
Strong understanding of:
Complex B2B sales processes
Asset- and account-centric data models
Dealer and distribution-based business models
Ability to clearly communicate architectural decisions to both technical teams and business stakeholders
