Job Description
We are seeking a Project Management Director to lead a team responsible for delivering advanced project management services in support of strategic business objectives. This role supports a large, highly technical client environment within the semiconductor industry.
The Project Management Director is responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through closeout, while providing leadership, financial oversight, and risk management across a portfolio of complex capital and tenant improvement projects
Leadership & Team Management
Provide formal supervision to project management staff, including hiring, training, development, performance evaluations, and coaching
Coordinate and manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and support cross‑training initiatives
Set and track team and departmental deadlines while mentoring and developing high‑performing professionals
Project & Program Oversight
Oversee all phases of project delivery, including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, execution, and closeout
Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate, timely, and compliant with established standards
Lead delivery of complex projects with significant MEP, HVAC, cleanroom, and mission‑critical requirements
Financial & Operational Management
Monitor billing, accounts receivable, expense control, staffing levels, and overall financial performance through EBITDA
Identify and manage complex project risks, lead risk reviews, and develop mitigation and contingency plans
Work cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders and service partners to achieve strategic objectives
Strategic Impact
Apply broad business and technical knowledge to solve complex operational challenges
Understand the broader organizational impact of decisions and project outcomes
Improve and evolve existing processes, standards, and methodologies to drive efficiency and consistency
Lead by example and model behaviors aligned with organizational values while influencing stakeholders and teams

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience considered
Professional certifications preferred: PMP, CCM, LEED AP
Hands‑on experience with MEP‑intensive, HVAC, cleanroom, and semiconductor or mission‑critical projects
Proven experience managing tenant improvement (TI) projects
Prior experience working for or closely with a General Contractor strongly preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience across staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and retention
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead through complex and sensitive situations
Solid financial acumen and experience managing project and operational budgets
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Highly organized, analytical, and proactive approach to problem‑solving
