Job Description
A client in the Southern California area is looking to hire HVAC Technicians to join their growing business. This role will require travel to job sites throughout Southern California from the Bakersfield to San Diego areas. The Tech will need to perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on residential HVAC systems, including unitary and ductless equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of heating and cooling system issues to ensure optimal performance. Manage service appointments, including documentation and customer communication. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations. Assist in the installation and setup of new HVAC systems as needed. Provide professional and courteous customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR equipment
Completion of a HVAC/R vocational school or A.A.S Degree: HVAC, or completion of an HVAC/R apprenticeship program
Ability to interpret and work from specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches and verbal orders.
Experience in cooling tower and boiler water treatment systems and chemical feeds.
Experience in replacing expansion valves, compressors, motors, coil units, and other components of HVACR equipment.
Ability to diagnose and perform needed repairs to equipment or components associated with building automation and climate control systems.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
