Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and forward-thinking Contract Digital Asset Producer to join our Performance Marketing Design team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of static digital marketing assets for paid media campaigns, supporting a newly launched system that leverages automation and AI-driven tools to streamline creative workflows.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and scale a new production model from the ground up. You’ll collaborate closely with design, project management, and external vendors, playing a critical role in integrating new workflows, facilitating operational transitions, and ensuring timely and high-quality asset delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full lifecycle production of paid media assets—from intake through final delivery—ensuring creative quality, timeliness, and technical accuracy.
• Operate within a new AI- and automation-supported production system, contributing to its refinement and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, project management, media, strategy, etc.) and external vendors to ensure asset delivery meets performance, brand, and platform standards.
• Support implementation of new workflows, tools, and production systems across the creative pipeline.
• Document and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and output consistency.
• Support cross-team onboarding and transition efforts related to new systems and creative automation tools.
• Prepare for future phases of production expansion, including but not limited to AV, lifecycle, landing pages, theatrical, and awareness marketing.
