Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Full Stack Product Engineer to join an early stage startup company focused on add spend card services. This person will focus on building and supporting their web application to optimize current features and add new ones to support their customers. You’ll work closely with product and design to develop a highly customizable platform and help expand the capabilities of our web application.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain a full-stack web application from concept to production
Develop responsive front-end experiences using React
Build scalable backend services using Python
Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS
Create and maintain a secure user portal tailored for agency users managing client ads
Implement highly customizable features to support diverse agency workflows
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform
Contribute to product decisions in a fast-paced startup environment

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with React (frontend development)
Solid backend development experience with Python
Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS
Experience building and scaling web applications end-to-end
Ability to work in a startup environment with high ownership
Strong problem-solving and product mindset
