Job Description

Day to day:
• Partner with the Field Engineering Enablement team to design and create technical training programs focused on the clients products products for both internal and external audiences.
• Create end‑to‑end, product‑centric training content that teaches users how to effectively use the software, including hands‑on product usage, learning paths, and badge‑aligned coursework.
• Translate Training Requirements Documents (TRDs) into detailed course outlines, storyboards, and complete instructional content.
• Build training materials from scratch, including visual assets, technical demonstrations, and recorded instructional content, ensuring clarity and technical accuracy.
• Record technical walkthroughs and product demos; collaborate with post‑production teams who handle final editing and processing.
• Design and implement interactive learning elements, requiring hands‑on use of technical tools, instructional platforms, and light coding to enhance learner engagement.
• Apply working knowledge of the product as a technology platform to ensure training reflects real‑world usage and best practices.
• Develop and validate technical examples and exercises using SQL and Python, aligned to how users interact with Databricks in production environments.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, enablement stakeholders, and delivery partners to ensure training content aligns with evolving product capabilities and user needs.

Pay Rate: $45-55

Required Skills & Experience

● • Learning and Development background in Tech building curriculum from scratch
• Understanding of Databricks: as a technical user, Databricks SQL
• Technical background (Software Engineering)
○ Python and SQL experience to build features
○ Warehousing or data architecture background

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• AWS experience
• Jupyter notebook experience
• Machine learning/ Gen AI profile
