Job Description
This role is for someone who cares for and teaches infants and young toddlers. It blends childcare, early learning, and classroom operations. The teacher is responsible for keeping children safe, supporting their daily routines, and providing activities that help them develop socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.
This is not a general daycare job—it's an early childhood educator position, so certification and experience are key.

Required Skills & Experience
12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
Administrative units (required for certain licensing regulations)
Infant–Toddler specific ECE units
2+ years of relevant classroom experience with infants/toddlers
CPR & First Aid certification
COVID-19 vaccination
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize and adapt during a busy classroom day
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with project‑based curriculum
Knowledge of state licensing regulations
Experience communicating with parents about development
Bilingual abilities
Creativity in designing sensory and motor skill activities
