Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to support program performance monitoring, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on leveraging standardized metrics, dashboards, and trusted data products to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
The Data Analyst will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and easy to understand. The ideal candidate is comfortable using BI tools, navigating governed data environments, and supporting self-service analytics while adhering to compliance and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to monitor program and operational performance
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
Consume and leverage trusted data products within Databricks
Apply standardized metrics to ensure consistent reporting
Support secure, compliant access to analytical data
Collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decisions
Follow established data access, sharing, and security patterns

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst supporting reporting and decision-making
Hands-on experience using Databricks for data access and analysis
Experience consuming trusted data products
Hands-on experience with BI tools to create reports and dashboards
Experience working with standardized metrics and shared data definitions
Experience accessing data through secure, governed data platforms
Familiarity with data product deployment, self-service data access, and data sharing patterns
Understanding of compliance and security patterns related to data access

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
Exposure to cross-domain or inter-team data sharing
Experience supporting stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy
