Job Description

Adhere to SCE Deploy Excellence Framework.
Previous J&J Project Experience.

Utilize Agile Methodologies.
Prioritization in Fast-Paced Environment.
Define Cutover and Business Ramp Down Plan: Develop a plan for the Cutover and Business Ramp Down process in close collaboration with the respective Business and Technical teams, ensuring alignment and smooth transition.
Establish Status Monitoring and Reporting Governance: Create and lead a governance model for status monitoring and reporting, providing stakeholders and leadership with clear visibility on progress and risks throughout the Cutover and Ramp Down phases.
Implement Cutover and Ramp Down Management Process: Define and facilitate the implementation of the Cutover and Ramp Down Management process, ensuring that all necessary steps are followed systematically throughout the project lifecycle.
Define Exit Criteria for Cutover and Ramp Down: Establish clear exit criteria for the Cutover and Ramp Down phase, ensuring that all requirements are met before concluding this critical stage. Lead the activities necessary to close out the Cutover Ramp Down phase effectively.
Support Tool Implementation for Management Processes: Assist in the deployment and utilization of essential tools for Cutover and Defect Management, along with robust reporting and dashboarding capabilities to enhance visibility and control during the Cutover and Ramp Down phases
Create Documentation for Cutover and Ramp Down: Develop all necessary documentation related to the Cutover and Ramp Down processes, ensuring alignment with the project's governance model to maintain consistency and compliance

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Japanese & English
3+ years of experience in supply chain project management
3+ years of experience with SAP implementation and integrations
3+ years of experience with system deployment
Strong experience executing go live activities and maintaining hypercare
