Insight Global is looking to add a Data Client Solutions Architect to our client’s team. This role leads data architecture strategy for enterprise platform implementations, ensuring data flows correctly across policy, customer, and distribution systems. The Data Solutions Architect defines data models, integration patterns, and migration approaches while partnering with delivery teams and client architects. Day to day responsibilities include guiding data mapping decisions, addressing data quality risks, and ensuring solutions support both immediate implementation needs and long term enterprise architecture goals.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in data architecture or enterprise data integration
Experience within insurance carrier data environments, especially Life & Annuity
Proven experience designing data architectures across complex, multi system environments
Strong expertise in data modeling, mapping, and transformation
Experience defining data migration strategies for legacy systems
Ability to lead architectural decisions and partner with enterprise stakeholders
Experience working in regulated or enterprise scale environments
Comfortable traveling every 6-8 weeks (most likely less) to visit clients in the greater Detroit area
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with policy administration system data models
Experience with cloud based data platforms
Exposure to analytics or data warehouse integrations
