Job Description

Ford is seeking a Body‑In‑White (BIW) Design Engineer with strong hands‑on CAD capability and manufacturing awareness to support current and future vehicle programs. This role focuses on body‑side structural design from an A‑class, production‑ready perspective and requires an on‑site presence to support sensitive and fast‑moving work that cannot be fully handled by off‑site CAD teams.

The ideal candidate has designed real BIW components earlier in their career, understands how parts are tooled and built, and has supported at least one production vehicle program.
