Job Description
This role delivers hands-on configuration and prototyping of features to validate requirements. Works directly with business users to map specific workflows to standard Salesforce functionality, conducting system demos to bridge the gap between requirements and solution features.
We're looking for Salesforce configurators who can lead and participate in MVP blueprinting, conduct requirements workshops, and document detailed user stories. The role involves mapping regulatory workflows for permit types to Salesforce, designing the role hierarchy, sharing rules, and permission sets, and building out an Experience Portal. PSS (Public Sector Solutions) experience is strongly desired. Candidates should be comfortable with Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
- Experience with OmniStudio
