Job Description

We're looking to bring on a Business Analyst to help transition a legacy ERP system to Workday. This will be in their Supply Chain division and will look to have someone with Workday implementation and materials management experience. They will be complying with some gaps on an overall compliance audit. Other responsibilities will include building policies and procedures in accordance with managers and directors of various teams. They will assist with the training and management for workday once it goes live.

Required Skills & Experience

• Analyze, improve, and implement Process Flows for the utilized Systems.
• Capture and analyze data to make recommendations to improve workflow and reduce supply cost.
• Provide analysis in user-friendly tables, graphs, and reports with MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Provide support and training to Staff and Customers.
• Prioritize and organize workload and follow-up on assigned projects/tasks to assure completeness, accuracy, and quality of work.
• Support department in performance improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with Vendor/ Consultant on System Improvements, System Issues, and overall.
• Can conduct cost tracking, variance analysis, budget forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Can Identify inefficiencies and streamlining workflows.
• Understanding of Project Life Cycle & Methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum methodologies, as well as Risk management and mitigation strategies
• Can coordinate between teams and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Assisting with scheduling, task assignments, and dependencies
• Monitoring milestones and deliverables.
• Support system configuration & business process validation.
• Liaison between HR, Finance, IT, and external Workday consultants
• Data migration, validation, and transformation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Healthcare/Hospital Experience
-Any previous work with Lawson or legacy ERP tool
