Job Description

The Business Development Manager, Dynamics 365, is responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue growth across targeted industries and geographies. This role positions Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions as part of Synoptek’s broader digital transformation offerings. The Business Development Manager will build trusted relationships with clients, Microsoft account teams, and internal delivery leaders while consistently achieving sales targets and expanding Synoptek’s market presence.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership
o Business Development & Sales Execution
o Identify, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities within targeted industries and geographies.
o Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and account penetration strategies.
o Consistently meet or exceed revenue, pipeline, and profitability targets while maintaining CRM accuracy and forecast discipline.
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close opportunities, ensuring both profitability and long-term client satisfaction.
• Solution Positioning & Proposal Management
o Position Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) as key enablers of digital transformation.
o Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to design tailored proposals that address client-specific business challenges.
o Deliver compelling value propositions and ROI-based business cases to C-level executives.
• Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement
o Leverage and expand relationships within Microsoft account teams, PDMs, and industry leads to maximize co-sell opportunities and incentive programs.
o Represent the company within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, strengthening alignment and joint go-to-market efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred.
Job-related Experience
• Customarily has at years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 4+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE or Power Platform solutions.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new business within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Established network and relationships with Microsoft account managers, PDMs, and industry leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and sell at the C-level across complex enterprise buying cycles.
