Job Description
Our client is actively seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to focus on driving and delivering multiple complex programs simultaneously across their organization. This role is a mix of strategic and tactical, where, using your extensive technical and leadership expertise. You will own the program, anticipate, and mitigate risks whilst balancing business needs against technical constraints. You will be required to build strong relationship between the Product Engineering applications/services, Product Management, as well as various Business Operations, Finance, and Executives alike. Strong communication skills are a must. Your responsibilities will include establishing commitments from dependencies, ensure high quality deliveries, and increase the productivity and velocity of the team to implement strategy and execution. You will be partnering with product teams and development teams to bridge technical developments and issues, manage stakeholders, identify dependencies. Need to be able to use JIRA. At the big picture, you would be integrating a software in AWS into a software in GCP.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• A proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on initiatives
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies (AWS/GCPpreferred)
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
PMP, Prince2, CSM, or equivalent
JIRA (very confident)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with contact center, telecom, or related software products – nice to have, not required
• Strong understanding of multi‑workstream delivery
• Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship building
• Comfortable bridging Product and Engineering teams
