Job Description
• Aggregate and transform telemetry data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using business intelligence tools
• Develop and manage alerts based on telemetry data to surface suspicious behavior and emerging threats
• Automate telemetry-driven systems and reduce manual workflows through scripting and pipeline enhancements
• Build and maintain data pipelines, including database automation and data enrichment processes
• Create scripts and integrations to enrich telemetry data using third-party APIs and external data sources
• Partner with security analysts to support investigations through data analysis and custom reporting
• Collaborate with data science teams to help train, validate and improve machine learning detection models
• Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across security and analytics platforms

Required Skills & Experience
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex, high-performance queries
• Strong understanding of relational database management concepts, including data modeling, transformation, and enrichment
• Experience building and maintaining automated data pipelines and database workflows
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization using BI tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in large telemetry datasets
• Ability to work effectively with data analysts, engineers, and software development teams in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services, including Lambda services, PostgreSQL databases (AWS Aurora), and Snowflake
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely
