Job Description

The Clinical Services Manager serves as the field-based clinical expert for our client's products. This role focuses on educating healthcare providers and patients, delivering personalized training, and supporting the integration of technologies into clinical care. By aligning provider goals with patient needs, the Clinical Services Manager helps drive confident adoption, successful therapy starts, and improved patient outcomes. Work is primarily conducted in healthcare offices, clinics, and the field, with travel throughout the assigned territory.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Build and maintain strong relationships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes care teams.
• Educate healthcare providers on diabetes management, insulin pump therapy, and products using evidence-based practices.
• Participate in local events and initiatives to support the diabetes community and strengthen clinical credibility.
• Schedule and deliver personalized patient training on products.
• Assess patient needs and tailor training based on experience level and treatment plans.
• Evaluate, support, and provide updates to Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs).
• Track and maintain training data and metrics using systems such as Salesforce.
• Complete required administrative and operational tasks in alignment with company guidelines.
• Support territory goals by sharing clinical expertise with providers and patients.
Partner with Territory Managers to support adoption through education and clinical insight.

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical or healthcare experience.
• Active clinical credentials and/or certifications (e.g., RN, RD, CDCES, PharmD) with required state licensure.
• Experience educating patients and/or healthcare providers in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and manage a territory.
• Proficiency with technology, including clinical devices and data systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs. of materials.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience training insulin pump patients or managing diabetes technologies.
• Prior experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical commercial role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Experience working closely with sales partners in a cross-functional environment.
