Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level implementation Project Manager with demonstrated experience leading enterprise platform transformations—not just standalone application deployments.

This role will drive the planning and execution of ServiceNow SPM platform and process improvements, coordinating across multiple IT teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years leading complex enterprise IT implementation programs Advanced technical skills and extensive experience using front end Node.js and JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React) for web application development.
• Experience leading multi-workstream implementations with cross-team dependencies
• Direct experience managing ServiceNow implementation or major enhancement programs
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform delivery lifecycle
• Experience coordinating across platform teams, business teams, and external vendors
• Experience managing integrated project plans, RAID logs, and resource forecasts
• Experience building and presenting executive-level status reporting
• Experience implementing new governance models or operating structures
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional facilitation skills
• Proven ability to proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks
• Experience driving accountability across internal teams and vendors

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Experience with PPM / Portfolio Management tools
• Experience with IT Financial / IT Business Management tools
• Experience supporting CMDB or data model governance initiatives
• Experience supporting OOTB platform standardization initiatives
• Experience supporting legacy customization reduction or platform modernization efforts
• Experience partnering with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
