This is a hands‑on, bench‑based role centered on small‑scale production, purification, and characterization of viral vectors and/or proteins used in preclinical research.
This position sits within a CORE production function, responsible for consistently producing and characterizing materials that enable high‑priority cell and gene therapy programs. The role offers strong visibility, a collaborative team environment, and meaningful impact on critical research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Viral Vector & Biologics Production

Contribute to small‑scale production of viral vectors and/or proteins (primary focus)
Support larger‑scale productions as needed
Mammalian Cell Culture
Maintain and expand mammalian cell lines for vector and protein production
Ensure consistent cell health through strict adherence to aseptic technique and safety requirements
Perform all work in a 100% in‑vitro environment
Downstream Processing & Purification
Assist with purification of liter‑scale viral vector productions
