Job Description
We are seeking an IT Program Manager to lead a variety of core business systems initiatives within a large CyberSecurity company. The IT Program Manager will serve as a “trusted advisor,” the strategic interface between a variety of HR and Pre Sales business areas and the Enterprise Applications team with the focus on business technology strategy development, requirements discovery, risk and service management. The IT Program Manager will be the part of the transformation group supporting the internal business systems, having a holistic view of the end-to-end process from a systems point of view. The IT Program Manager will proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units. The candidate will partner with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria.

-Experience with ADP Celergo and GlobalView
-Experience with enterprise wide application migrations
-5+ years of Project Management experience
