Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Account Manager to join a financial services company best known as a large insurance brokerage.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience as an account manager in commercial insurance.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Manage and service a dedicated existing book of business.
Handle daily workflow including:
• Client emails and phone calls
• Audits, driver lists, and policy updates
• Adding and deleting coverage
• Certificates of insurance
Conduct proactive 180‑day renewal outreach for mid‑market clients.
Attend renewal meetings, prepare marketing submissions, and work with carrier partners.
Support team operations and help manage workloads in a fast‑paced, imperfect (but collaborative) environment.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction while maintaining strong retention.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Experience:
6–10 years of experience as an account manager in commercial insurance - construction accounts is strongly preferred book includes printing, auto parts, tire dealers, property management, and other mixed industries.
5+ years experience managing books of business with revenue around $1M annually.
Ability to inherit and manage portions of larger books (e.g., segments of a $1.8M book).
