Content Operations Program Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Content Operations Program Manager (Contract) to manage the end‑to‑end onboarding and launch of content across our client's platform — including linear channels, FAST/AVOD channels, and VOD catalogs. This role is hands-on, operational, and highly cross-functional. It will be fully remote and structured as a 4‑month contract, with a projected end date of July 1, 2026. The selected candidate will join a small, focused team and is expected to work autonomously while partnering closely with cross-functional departments.

- Execute end-to-end content onboarding for new linear, FAST/AVOD channels and VOD
content, including intake, technical setup, metadata validation, and launch coordination
- Coordinate with content partners, engineering, ad ops team, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth channel integration and content delivery
- Work with ad ops team to coordinate advertising integrations for new channel launches
- Perform ongoing maintenance and operational support for existing content feeds
- Follow established processes and workflows for content ingestion, scheduling, and platform requirements
- Track and document content launches and operational tasks
- Troubleshoot and escalate content-related issues as needed
- Support ad hoc operational requests related to content delivery

- 5-7 years of Project Management experience with content operations or media workflow
- Technical knowledge of SRT / Zixi
- Broadcast or live video steaming experience

Experience with JIRA / Notion
