Role and Responsibilities
Support Creative Director in producing digital + print assets across ads, email, and brand identity
Execute high‑impact design work with strong attention to layout, typography, and visual consistency
Maintain cohesive brand identity across all assets and campaigns
Prepare digital and print‑ready files using Adobe Creative Suite
Work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑turn environment with shifting priorities
Collaborate with creative leads and vendor teams to iterate quickly on feedback
Use Adobe Creative Suite 100% of the time; lightly work within Figma as needed

Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom)
Understanding of digital vs. print preparation
Intermediate Figma skills or ability to learn quickly
Strong layout, typography, color, and visual‑hierarchy execution
Strong design file hygiene, folder organization, and layer management
Clear and effective written + verbal communication
Ability to self‑start, problem‑solve, and prioritize with limited supervision
Digital portfolio showcasing range of work
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email builders
Basic photography or lighting knowledge
Degree/certification in Graphic Design or similar (not required)
Light motion/animation, presentation design, video editing, or no‑code web skills (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Understanding of conversion‑focused design and marketing best practices
